Check-in

Check-in takes place at the apartment address, not at the agency, except for arrivals before 9:00 AM or after 6:00 PM on weekdays, as well as on Sundays and public holidays.
In these cases, a key box at the agency will be prepared, and all instructions will be provided in advance to ensure smooth and stress-free access.

In-person check-ins may exceptionally take place outside regular opening hours during major events.
