If you arrive after 6:00 PM, or on a Sunday or public holiday, we will prepare a key box at the agency and send you the instructions in advance so you can
access the apartment smoothly and with peace of mind.

Check-in during high-demand event periods

During high-demand event periods, check-in may be carried out in person on Sundays or after 6:00 PM.
