Check-in process

Check-in is done at the property address and not at the agency, except for arrivals before 9:00 AM or after 6:00 PM on weekdays, on Sundays, or on public holidays. In these cases, the keys will be available in a key box at the agency, and all instructions will be sent to you in advance so that you can access the apartment smoothly and with peace of mind.

In-person check-ins may exceptionally take place outside of regular hours during major events.
