Check-in process

Check-in takes place at the apartment address, not at the agency address, except for arrivals before 9:00 AM or after 6:00 PM on weekdays, or on Sundays and public holidays.
In these cases, a key box will be prepared at the agency, and full instructions will be sent to you in advance so you can access the apartment smoothly.

In-person check-ins may exceptionally be carried out outside regular hours during major events.
